Return Policy
Eligible for Returns
We accept returns on:
- In-stock loose diamonds
- Ready-to-ship finished jewelry
Return Period: 7 Days from Delivery
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order , and ship the item back within this 7-day window.We will reconfirm the details.

Not Eligible for Returns
Due to the personalized nature of these items, we do not accept returns for:
- Custom-made jewelry (eg rings, necklaces, earrings)
- Custom-cut loose diamonds
Cancellation Policy
Ready-to-Ship Orders
- After you place an order, we will process and ship it within 2 business days.
- Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number.
- You may cancel your order within 1 day(24 hours) of placing it, provided the cancellation request is submitted before the order has been shipped and within the allowable cancellation period.
- If you change your mind after dispatch, you may cancel by covering the return shipping fee (approx. $50–$100). Please contact us for details.
Custom Orders
- Our designers start working on your piece within 2 business days of payment.
- If you cancel after your design is created but before production, a $50 design fee will apply.
- After your design is confirmed and production begins, cancellations will incur a 20% materials & labor fee.

Returns & Exchanges Reminders
To keep the process smooth and fair, please note the following:
- Contact Zyana for return authorization before sending back your item.
- Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be returned in original condition—no scratches, wear, resizing, or modifications.
- Jewelry without its security tag, or showing signs of wear/damage/alteration, cannot be refunded and will be sent back at your expense.
- Certificates must be returned with the item. Missing certificates will incur a 5% replacement fee.
- Always use a trackable shipping method. Untraceable packages cannot be processed.
- Free gifts must be returned with your item. If not included, the retail value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.
Important Tips
- Please keep the jewelry tag attached until you're sure you want to keep your piece. The fine string won't affect trying it on.
- Do not return items to the shipping label address. Contact us for the correct return facility address to avoid delays.
Refunds
- Once your return arrives safely, we'll process it within 7 business days.
- Refunds can be issued to your original payment method or as store credit—the choice is yours.
